Business Analyst - Systems Integration
Initial 6-12 month contract with the possibility of extension.
Remote Working – ability to travel nationally when required.

Richmond Fellowship will merge with Humankind from June 2024 to form a new stronger charity that provides joined-up mental health, housing, and drug and alcohol support. We will eventually merge into our fully rebranded organisation by October 2024.

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Central Programme Team to assist in the smooth transition of our merger. The main focus of the role is to map/newly create the HR, Finance and Client management system landscape and business processes, as well as evaluating the system migration options and implement selected solutions for our newly merged organisation.

The successful candidate must have experience with Process mapping, existing processes and working with teams to define future processes, linked to systems implementation.
Stakeholder management is essential.
They must be able to provide their own Methodology and tools and templates.
Merger experience would be beneficial.
Must be a self starter and comfortable working on their own.
