This post holder will work alongside the Senior Advisor leading training and development, and E&B colleagues working specifically on Water Industry Regulation work streams to address priority training needs, identified by the team and in consultation with area staff.
You will confidently lead work packages from initiation to delivery, managing and coordinating working groups through initiative development to a finished product. You’ll be responsible for:
- Delivering training packages.
- Evaluating training needs
- Working with Technical experts, training providers and procurement to develop and deliver training interventions
- Leading projects including harnessing a group of people to develop new guidance, training and initiatives.

Responding to incidents is a central part of what we do. You’ll have the option to have an incident role and make yourself available to respond to incidents or provide business continuity support during an incident. This may attract an additional payment and full training will be available to support you with your incident role should you choose to have one.
