Job Description

Requirements
You will have 3 National 4s, or equivalent, including English and Mathematics.Responsibilities
You will assist in providing a comprehensive management service to residents of the Lily Walker Centre Reception and Assessment Centre.The Centre provides supervised temporary accommodation to single persons and couples and the postholder will carry out all specified Accommodation Officers' duties and responsibilities.
The Individual
You will have experience of working with homeless clients or clients who require additional support and the ability to work alone and unsupervised.You will have good communication skills, both written and verbal and working knowledge of Microsoft Packages including Office 365, Word, Excel, Teams.
You will also be reliable and be able to effectively partner the second person on duty at the Centre without any immediate supervision.
A satisfactory Basic Disclosure Scotland check is required.
