WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
To become a Senior Management Accounts Assistant in our Finance department, we need someone who is flexible, innovative and proactive.
The successful candidate will have the chance to acquire new skills and develop their abilities in a wide range of activities.

Although this position is centred on our Redditch campus, all applicants must be prepared to travel to our other campuses or surrounding areas as required.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

To assist in the maintenance and management of an effective accounting and financial reporting function.
To work within, and be aware of the requirements of Financial Regulations and Procedures at all times
To line manage the Management Accounts Assistant/s, Junior Management Accounts Assistant/s and Finance Apprentice, monitoring and co-ordinating workload and providing support and guidance as appropriate.
