Tenant & Landlord Engagement Officer needed in North London Paying £24.58 per hr ref 1267933

Full time hours on a temporary basis

Developing opportunities to engage with tenants and landlords with the aim of improving the management of privately rented homes in the borough.
Providing advice, advocacy, and assistance to tenants on their rights and responsibilities and landlords/letting agents on their rights and obligations.
Organising meetings, groups and other platforms with internal and external stakeholders involved in private rented housing to promote good practise in rented accommodation. Including establishing and promoting our Landlords Forum.
Leading on consultation & research to identify & assess the views & priorities of stakeholders with the aim of developing strategies for landlord and tenant engagement.
Playing a proactive role in the development of policies and procedures that impact on private sector tenants and landlords.
