Fri, 24 May 2024As a Customer Delivery Team Leader you will ensure the Society’s values, customer vision and service proposition are effectively managed through continually improving the processes, policies and procedures.

You will be joining the Savings Operations Leadership team and will work alongside the other 3 Team Leaders and you will lead a team of 10/11 colleagues. You will be responsible for the day to day running on the Savings Operation teams ensuring all service levels are met and help our colleagues delivery a highstandard of quality encouraging a right first time culture.

What Will You Be Doing?
Inspiring and engaging colleagues through modelling our values and behaviours
Lead, develop and deliver the departmental business plan and cascade this to your team as well as monitoring employee engagement levels
Instill a culture of quality and ownership; we want you to ensure your team fully understands what is expected of them and have their own objectives to work towards whilst being supported with any access to learning and development
