A specialist secondary school based in Trafford which caters for students with ADHD, SEMH, PMLD and challenging behaviour are looking for psychology graduates to join their school staff.
Key Responsibilities:
• To be part of a classroom team, under the direction of the class teacher
• To participate in team meetings, reporting on pupil performance
• To support pupils with their personal and behavioural development.
The Ideal Candidate will:
• Have the ability to demonstrate the value of education whilst keeping the pupils safe
• An up to date Enhanced DBS, preferably on the update service
• Be positive, dedicated and resilient
• Have a calm, patient and positive approach to your work and the ability to communicate well on all levels.

As a Behaviour Support Worker/Teaching Assistant you will gain solid experience working within the SEN sector.
