Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Dambuster Studios - creators of the TimeSplitters series alongside Second Sight, Haze, Homefront: The Revolution, and the number one BAFTA nominated smash hit Dead Island 2 - has an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our highly talented HR team.
We’re looking for someone with exceptional communication and strong organisational skills. This is an integral role in ensuring positive candidate experiences, with diverse exposure to HR functions in a collaborative environment. This role requires the successful candidate to be on-site Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities
Supporting the Talent Acquisition function:

Manage the end-to-end scheduling process for interviews, including coordinating with candidates, the Talent Acquisition Manager, and hiring managers to find mutually convenient interview times.
Coordinate and schedule video interviews and onsite interviews across multiple time zones and locations.
Ensure all interview logistics are handled efficiently, including booking interview rooms and sending tasks.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records, interview schedules, and other relevant documentation in our applicant tracking system (Vacancy Filler).
Communicate effectively with candidates to provide them with necessary information, ensure they have a positive experience throughout the scheduling process, and escalate any questions or concerns.
Act as a point of contact for hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition Manager regarding interview scheduling, providing timely updates, and resolving scheduling conflicts.
Collaborate with various stakeholders to streamline and improve the recruitment scheduling process, identifying opportunities for increased efficiency, and implementing best practices.


Supporting the HR function:

Provide induction when Talent Development & Diversity Specialist is unavailable.
Remind new hires of necessary documents and deadlines.
Conduct checks on new hire documents for accuracy and completeness.
Send reminders for appraisal deadlines and assist in filing them.
Maintain absence management and staff databases (REXX), logging organizational changes.
Complete administration processes for starters and leavers.
Handle scanning and filing of documents, primarily related to new hires and probation reviews.
Maintain notice board posters and send training completion reminders, including DSE and H&S.
Assist Talent Development & Diversity Specialist in related projects.
Support in organizing corporate events, managing budgets, bookings, purchase orders, and liaising with involved parties.


Requirements

Previous experience in recruitment coordination, scheduling, or a similar administrative role is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records and schedules.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems or similar software.
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and handle confidential information with discretion.
Proactive problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving scheduling conflicts.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Must be able to attend our fantastic studio in Nottingham on a daily basis, Monday to Friday.
