Job Title: Registered General Manager
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: £45,793 per annum
Working Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week
Working Pattern: 5 days out 7 could include weekends
Location: Haringey, London

The difference you will make as a Registered General Manager

You will lead the service and drive high-quality care and support in an exceptional environment. Our aim is to improve the quality of life of our residents, building confidence and skills to allow them to live independently while playing an active role in their communities. We view all our customers as individuals with specific needs, treating them with respect and dignity, and focusing on achieving real results.
The post-holder will manage all aspects of the service including financial, operational and leadership; they will optimise profitability and the financial return and provide the highest quality of care and services to our residents.
The post-holder will guide, plan, organise and manage tasks and resources to bring about the successful delivery f senior living to agreed time, budget and quality standards.

About you

We are looking for someone with:

• Experienced CQC Registered Manager with a sound knowledge CQC Compliance.
• Experience in Service improvement in a CQC setting
• Experience of managing a team in a care and support setting
• Good level of IT skills and literacy.
• Experience of effective budget management.
• Knowledge of hospitality and customer service
