PREMISES CO-ORDINATOR, HOMELESSNESS & HOUSING SERVICE GROUP (NOTTS & CITY), NOTTINGHAM, PERMANENT, 37 HPW, F10-AD1 £27,354 – £29,841 FTE
We are recruiting a Premises Coordinator to join our Homelessness and Housing service group, working alongside the Deputy Service Manager and Locality Managers in providing safe and welcoming accommodation services.
A new and exciting role that will require the co-ordination and support of multiple teams across 5 Nottingham City sites, in ensuring health and safety, maintenance, voids and repairs standards, are adhered to.
The main hours of the role will be Mon-Fri, 9-5 (although some out of hours and weekend work may be required), with the possibility of flexible working for the right candidate.
The role will allow for some agile working, balanced with the needs of the service and management priorities.
