What we are looking for To be able to understand and clarify detailed instructions, interpret operational manuals, finding and demonstrate the best solutions. Analytical and judgement skills Manage own workload, prioritising work and response times Work independently, without direct supervision or as part ofa team and where appropriate, identify any deficiencies and reportthem to the appropriate team leader so there is minimum disruption whilst carrying out work. Demonstrate own activities to less experienced or newemployees and support the induction of new starters. Take responsibility for the collection of materials andconsumables from suppliers, as required. To work safely with tools ensuring a controlled workingarea, in accordance with Health & Safety Regulations, and site-specific protocols. To have a good understanding of all aspects of fire safety. Participate in extended hours activity via rostered overtime.
