Personal Assistant Required
Kenton, Newcastle upon Tyne
Relief/bank staff are required to cover shifts (4-6 hours) as and when requires Monday to Friday during the school holidays.
£11.44 per hour
We are looking for Personal Assistants who can provide support to our son as and when needed over the school holidays. Our son is 36 years old and has ASD, a learning disability and diabetes. He lives with his family and whilst he attends a day centre during the week in term time, he has a range of activities and interests that he likes to pursue during the holidays.
The purpose of this job is to support him to get to and take part in these activities, which include helping around the house, going for walks, bowling, cycling, listening to music and art and craft activities.
A car driver is essential for this post.
This job would particularly suit someone with a friendly, enthusiastic manner, who enjoys being outdoors.
