Working as one of our Recruitment Business Partners, you will share your passion for recruitment with the homes across your divisions ensuring we recruit the right people into the right roles, giving the candidates a fantastic journey throughout the process. You will directly recruit senior level roles whilst supporting the homes in their local recruitment activities. Acting as the subject matter expert in all thing’s recruitment.
We are looking for someone to support in the North and Central regions.Other responsibilities include:
- Building strong relationships with Homes/Hiring Managers to understand their specific needs and challenges.
- Attend individual home sites to offer guidance, training, and strategy with home level recruitment activities, including working with the marketing team to arrange recruitment events.
- Supporting the homes in building their local brand as an employer of choice and forging relationships with the local communities.
- Building pipelines of candidates for future hiring needs, ensuring we can be proactive rather than just reactive
