Supported Housing Officer to join our collaborative partnership with a leading mental health non-profit charity in Bristol.
Position Details:
- Role: Supported Housing Officer
- Location: Bristol
- Type: Full-time, permanent
- Salary:£26,000 per annum
- Responsibilities:
- Reviewing documents and assigning accommodation to tenants
- Ensuring smooth transitions for new tenancies, departures, and evictions
- Conducting regular inspections to maintain Health and Safety standards
- Collaborating with clients to address anti-social behaviour and raise incident reports
- Assisting clients in finding suitable accommodation
- Communicating with stakeholders, clients, and government bodies via email and phone
- Organising monthly fire drills and risk assessments
- Performing property inspections to assess living conditions and identify areas for improvement
