Summary

If your answer is YES, then we have an amazing opportunity for you join us as an International PA, working with our Executive Directors on all International projects, with the current project in the UAE.

You will assist the Quality and Training Director by delivering a high-quality service on all international projects. The successful candidate must be someone that is used to and happy to work on a flexible schedule to cater to the project needs. There may be potential travel overseas for meetings, conferences, and events to support the Director when requested.

You will be an experienced PA, with the highest levels of professionalism. You will have exceptional organisational abilities and be able to handle confidential information with discretion, with highly effective communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders across the project.

PA Accountabilities and Deliverables:

  • Support the Quality & Training Director with organising their schedule through efficient diary management. Including scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Producing documents, briefing papers, reports, and presentations.
  • Taking and transcribing accurate minutes which are distributed in a timely fashion.
  • To manage any schedules of work taking place and collate any reports, information required from colleagues working internationally for the Director when required.
  • Flexibility to join Teams meetings early/later in the day depending on the time zone differences to take minutes.
  • Support Quality & Training Director with preparing board papers including the gathering and formatting of specific data to report back at Boards meetings.
  • Respect that some work undertaken is of a highly and strictly confidential nature and therefore the need to observe and maintain this confidentiality is essential. To be mindful of the EU Regulation 2016/679 General Data Protection Regulation.
  • To line manage the International Administrator Assistant.

Requirements for the role:

  • Minimum 5 years PA experience to a Board Director - essential.
  • Extensive senior PA experience within fast moving, multi-cultural organisation.
  • Excellent organisational, co-ordination and communication skills
  • A team player with a strong ability to work on their own initiative.
  • Reliable, accurate and precise.
  • A dynamic self-starter with a natural ability to work under pressure, within tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills. Adept at communicating effectively at all levels of the organisation, especially senior executive level.
  • Work to high ethical standards with discretion and integrity.
  • Ability to accept responsibility and be pro-active within defined limits.
  • Excellent knowledge of all Microsoft Office packages (Advanced Excel and PowerPoint), Outlook and Teams.
  • Drives Results and 'think outside the box' mindset.
  • Fluent in spoken and written Arabic (desirable)

This is a flexible hybrid role working from our Head Office in Newport Pagnell 2 days a week, and 3 days working from home. We are offering this as a full-time position, 40 hours a week. Flexibility required on office working days.
