Seeking confident and proactive Support Workers in Twerton, Bath
- Hourly Rate £12.35; sleep nights are paid at £45.00 per night
- Shifts: days, evenings, wake-nights, sleep-ins - across 7 days a week on a rota pattern
We are looking for proactive, engaging and caring people to join our close-knit support team in Twerton, Bath. You will be supporting up to five people, with learning disabilities, to live their best lives - the lives that they choose to live.
In a lovely, homely environment, this is a short term break service for people with learning disabilities. Every day will be different, and rewarding, as you encourage and empower each person to be actively engaged in every aspect of their daily lives and gain the most from their break with us. This support will include supporting to favoured activities as well as providing support with daily living skills, medication, personal care and mobility assistance, as required.
