Crynodeb
As part of our services across Oxfordshire, we are implementing Primary Care Mental Health hubs to support GP practices with Mental Health assessment and support for patients in their communities. We have created new and exciting posts, all within each of the three City & NE Primary Care Mental Health Teams (PCMHTs) covering Blackbird Leys and East Oxford, City Central, both PCMHTs will be based within the Keystone Mental Health and Wellbeing Hub being developed on Cowley Road and the City North & North East PCMHT, which will be based with in the Keystone Mental Health and Wellbeing Hub in Kidlington.
