Are you motivated, hardworking, flexible and positive? If you feel you could make a difference to adults with a social care need then we want to hear from you.
Your role will be to support adults with a learning disability or older people. The people you will support will have specialist needs which may include autism, dementia, distressed behaviour, and a variety of complex health conditions. You will be expected to support people with a wide variety of activities either in the day service setting or out in the community. If you feel you can contribute to improving the lives of others, then please apply.
Experience of working with older people and people with a learning disability is desirable but not essential. A full induction and training will be offered but you must be keen to learn and keen to make a real difference to the lives of others. Applicants must have a full valid driving licence and will be willing to drive several different service vehicles.
This post will be based in either Central Halifax, Rastrick, and Hebden Bridge
