Creating innovative menus for customers worldwide. A high-profile role with a leading global food business.
Here you’ll be using your knowledge of regional Chinese cuisine to develop exciting new concepts for global, premium food customers.
You’ll be hands-on in the development kitchen with your junior chef creating innovative new recipes. You’ll be working to customer’s briefs, ensuring new dishes meet their requirements and the capabilities of the production kitchen. The role involves regular presentations to customers to showcase new products.
This is a senior role in the team, reporting directly into the Group Executive Chef. You’ll be part of a talented and supportive culinary team, creating industry leading new menus for 5* customers.
You’ll need to be an accomplished chef with credible knowledge in regional Chinese cuisine. Also, a confident presenter, able to showcase your ideas with passion.
A key requirement for the role is to be a fluent Cantonese or Mandarin speaker.
You’ll have culinary experience across the food & hospitality industry, including in a manufacturing environment.
The role is mainly based on site in West London with some international travel, usually working Mon-Fri days.
