An Award Winning and established House Builder are looking for a Site Manager for a temp to perm opportunity. You will be overseeing a timber frame housing development with the support of a Project Manager and Assistant Site Manager.
Job Duties:
• Manage and oversee the construction site, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project time-lines are met
• Monitor and report on project progress, budget, and quality control
• Lead site meetings and communicate effectively with all stakeholders
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise on the site
• SMSTS certification
• CSCS card
• First Aid certification
• Full UK Driving Licence and own vehicle
Proven experience in managing timber frame new build housing projects for a Housing Developer
Knowledge and Skills:
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
• Proficient in project management software
Additional certifications in construction management or related field
Working Conditions:Fast-paced construction site environment, may require working evenings and weekends to meet project deadlines
