Teacher Active are proud to work with some incredible Further Education/ College settings based in the Rhondda Cynon Taf areas looking for brilliant Teachers/ Instructors to join their team.
The perfect teacher will be proactive, enthusiastic and engaging with their students to provide the best learning environment for students to thrive in. Excellent time keeping and planning is essential to the role as well as brilliant classroom management.
This role is Teaching independent living and essential skills to students with ALN who may suffer with social behavioural issues and challenging behaviours so a kind, calm and patient persona is ideal to the role.
A teaching qualification and experience is essential. The role is temporary but has the opportunity to become permanent for the right teacher.
Key skills and competencies for the role:
• Teaching Qualification and/or 6 months experience working with children.
• A calm, caring and patient persona.
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills
