Are you passionate about making a difference and supporting clinical colleagues to deliver a high-quality service? We are seeking an Admin Officer to join our Sexual Health Team based at Gravesend Hospital , You will be responsible for providing positive customer service to patients and visitors, dealing with patient queries and supporting patients to access our service. You day will be varied covering reception and administration duties ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our service.

The successful candidate will enjoy working as part of a dedicated team, with the added satisfaction of working for a service committed to the care and wellbeing of our patients.



The main role of the job will be to provide a reception service for the Sexual Health Clinic at the Riverside Clinic. You will need to have excellent communication, listening and computer skills to be able to provide an optimum level of customer service. You will be dealing with highly confidential and sensitive information every day, therefore a non-judgemental attitude and strong understanding of patient confidentiality is essential

Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust is a large acute hospital Trust in the county of Kent.

The Trust provides a full range of general hospital services and some areas of specialist complex care to around 760,000 people living in the south part of West Kent and the north part of East Sussex.

The Trust’s core catchment areas are Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells and their surrounding boroughs. We work from two main clinical sites: Maidstone Hospital and Tunbridge Wells Hospital at Pembury. Tunbridge Wells Hospital opened in 2011 and provides single rooms with en-suites for all in-patients – the first of its kind in the country.
