We're on the lookout for enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to join an Ofsted 'GOOD' SEN School in Hayes, starting ASAP! ✨
- Location:Uxbridge (UB4)
- Duration: Long Term
- Pay: £85-£100 per day (depending on experience)
- Start Date: Immediate
- Contract: Monday - Friday (Full-Time)
About the Role:
- Full-time, long-term positions
- Supporting various aspects of education (all classroom based), including 1:1 and group learning
- Working with Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 pupils (4 to 11 years old) who have a range of additional learning needs
What We're Looking For:
- Experience working with children or young people, preferably with SEN
- Excellent behaviour management skills
- A calm, patient manner and adaptability in fast-changing environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using computer software (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
- An Enhanced DBS Certificate registered on the update service
Responsibilities Include:
- Providing support to pupils to achieve learning objectives
- Assisting class teachers with curriculum support
- Building productive relationships with pupils and setting high expectations
- Monitoring and evaluating pupil progress
- Supporting staff in managing pupil behaviour and attending training courses as required
