Join us as a Business Support Coordinator at our Head Office, providing support to our customers, stores and partners. This is a temporary position with a view to becoming permanent within 6 months.
The Role: Business Support Coordinator
Location: Office Based - Bodelwyddan, Denbighshire
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00hrs. Compulsory Weekend Overtime is required in November and December. Holidays are restricted during Black Friday Weekend (November), December and January.
Salary: £23,500 - £27,500 per annum + company bonus

The Role
The Business Support Coordinator will take responsibility for a range of tasks including internal business support and liaising with direct customers to deliver a high standard of customer service.
Main duties will include, although not be limited to:
Dealing with customer enquiries quickly and efficiently via all recognised platforms; email, telephone, Customer Service software.
Processing all returns via internal system.
Processing web orders.
Stock take duties.
Liaising with stockists and sales reps.
Administrating the CRM system.
Providing regular updates to the Business Support Manager.
To be considered for this role you will have the following experience, skills and attributes;
Proven experience with Customer Service.
Eligibility to work within the UK.
Successfully pass DBS check.
Excellent customer service skills.
Methodical and organised approach.
Ability to prioritise workload.
Professional telephone manner.
Ability to deal with challenging situations.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
