Job Title: EFL Teacher

Are you a passionate and qualified EFL (English as a Foreign Language) teacher looking for exciting opportunities this summer? TeacherActive is seeking enthusiastic and experienced EFL teachers to join our team. If you hold a CELTA or Trinity TESOL qualification, a University Degree or PGCE in MFL, and have experience teaching English as a Foreign Language or Primary QTS with experience in teaching EFL, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging EFL lessons to international students
- Provide support and guidance to students to enhance their language skills
- Collaborate with academic team members to share ideas and plan lessons effectively
- Assist with residential duties such as lunchtime supervision on a rotational basis
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
- Arrival at 8:30 am
- Teaching sessions from 9 am to 11:30 am and 1:30 pm to 3 pm
- Break from 11:15 am to 11:30 am
- Lunch provided at 12:30 pm
- Planning time with the academic team from 3 pm to 5:30 pm
- End of the day at 5:30 pm
Additional Information:
- Teachers are expected to plan their own lessons, with support and course materials provided
- Collaboration and lesson planning sessions encouraged between 3 pm to 5:30 pm
- Academic managers available for guidance and support
- Rotational duty for lunchtime supervision
- Pre-summer teacher induction to ensure readiness for the role
