Lettings Negotiator / Property Manager
We are a small run business looking for a Lettings Negotiator/ Property Manager. Please note this is a customer service based role. The job involve but not limited to the following tasks:
Marketing properties in line with Consumer Protection Regulation 2014 & NTSELAT
Meeting with potential clients, working out their needs and requirements and building a rapport.
Arranging and overseeing viewings of properties for potential tenants.
Dealing queries from Clients and potential clients.
Carrying out property inspections
Overseeing the signing of tenancy agreements
Troubleshooting when problems arise
Keeping administrative systems up to date
Adhering to the relevant guidelines set by law at all times.
There is no stated formal qualification. The successful applicant will be provided with full internal and external training. This role poses an opportunity for the right candidate to gain professional qualification.

A positive approach to sales and negotiations
Strong literacy and numeracy skills
Strong IT skills
Flexibility
A positive approach
An ability to work under pressure
A clean driving licence with your own car - mileage will be paid.
Salary: Starting from £25,000 plus commission depending on experience.
