Salary: Band 6, £26,073 - £29,777 p.a, (£13,036 - £14,888 for 18.5 hours)
18.5 hours per week - days to be discussed at interview.

Your New Role
This is an interesting and varied role which principally involves supporting the Children and Families social care sector from team admin to meeting the requirements of business users and Ofsted government information requirements.
This role includes supporting best recording practice, correcting erroneous data on the database. Solving data recording problems across the department and identifying areas of consistent errors which could benefit from user training. Tasks will include:
- Investigating and providing resolution for issues or assigning to the correct department/3rd party.
- Supporting business user to record information accurately and in line with policy.
- Correcting data and identifying patterns in the errors to enable improved practice or guidance.
- General administrative support and other duties that may be required.
- Supporting the safeguarding of children by highlighting anomalies in the data.
- Correcting Worker Roles.
- Corresponding with the associated teams to ensure the list of workers is up to date on a periodical basis.
- Ability to restrict records and run the reports for 3rd parties.
- Ability to understand spreadsheets of data that need to be changed on CSCS Software (Core+/Mosaic) Data Cleansing activities.
What you'll need to succeed
With good communication and computer skills and the ability to work in a confidential environment, you will be able to accurately record data whilst having an attention to detail. You will be able to identify common errors and rectify these whilst adhering to best practice procedures. Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise your workload is required for this role.
