Alma Personnel have partnered with their Leicester based client to recruit for a Business Administrative Executive to be based out of their offices.
Primary role of this position is to provide the best customer service to their large key clients ensuring they get the best solutions and validate any billing queries they may have, by providing the most efficient and accurate solutions and retaining business clients.
Take responsibility for each query and analyse any issues that can be fixed with a view to benefit the client.
Ensure updates are provided to customers on a daily basis whilst managing all your queries that have been logged and tracked.
Attention to detail is a must in this position, so proactively highlighting any discrepancies on billing and ensuring customers are charged accordingly for their service.
Time management
Well organised
An excellent presenter of solutions verbally and written
Show initiative, ideas and the ability to think out of the box
Motivated by targets and providing the best solutions
Work under pressure as as being a team player
Experience of working within a brokerage or energy related industry would be a distinct advantage
Salary up to £30K + qtr bonuses (performance linked)
