Summary
Provide a high standard of care to residents.
Continuously evaluate the quality of care given, regularly reassess the needs of the residents.
Administer and order medicines.
Engage in nurse care planing and implementation of care plans.
Work within the NMC codes of conduct and scope of practice within the Homes Policies and procedures.
Provide support and professional supervision to care staff.
Attend and participate in meetings
