Every day is different when you work in Health and Social Care – We are seeking outstanding individuals to deliver Care in the Community around Wallasey, Birkenhead and Moreton. This job isn't for everyone, but if you are reliable, compassionate and have a natural ability to care, Professional Carers want to hear from you!
Benefits include:-
Excellent rates of pay.
Paid in house training.
Weekend on / weekend off working.
Shifts from 7-2pm, 4-10pm and overnight 9 - 6am.
Mileage payment of 40p per mile for car drivers, paid automatically into your wages.
Opportunities to gain formal qualifications, including diplomas in Health and Social Care and support to complete the Care Certificate.
Free uniform, personal protective equipment, and a mobile phone.
Flexible working hours with regular service users, consistent hours, walking runs and limited gaps in between appointments.
Refer a friend scheme [up to £250.00] & bonuses such as attendance bonus, additional pay for mentoring, cash for compliments plus much more.
Responsibilities:-
Supporting with personal care and medication administration.
Promotion of independence.
Providing Nutritional support
Catheter and stoma care.
Safety and well-being checks.
Essential Criteria:-
Reliable, committed and a good team player.
Excellent time keeping.
A good communicator who possesses a passion for helping others.
Desirable:-
6 months caring experience.
Driving licence [or be prepared to walk to appointments].
