Productive Service Manager required in the Worcester area.
- Independent Family run Servcie Centre
- Basic Salary up to £31,000 / £36,000 OTE (uncapped)
- Monday to Friday, 8am - 5:30pm - NO weekends

Our client, an independent family business, is seeking a Productive Service Manager to help run their busy Servcie Centre in the Worcester area. Part of a group with other sites in the area, this is an excellent progression opporutnity to join a well established and reputable company.
Requirements and Responsibilities in this Productive Service Manager role:
- You must have a strong Technical background to be considered for this role as the position is productive and you will be expected to work on the tools as part of the team.
- You may be a current Assistant Service Manager, Workshop Controller, Fast Fit Branch Manager looking for a new role, or a good Technician who has often stepped into the role looking for progression.
- Responsible for a team of Technicians, managing the Workshop diary and ensuring that jobs are completed to the agreed timescale and to a high standard.
- Be able to bring top quality customer service, good all round mechanical skill and knowledge, as well as supervising a team.
What the Successful Candidate will get in this Productive Service Manager role:
- A basic salary of up to £31,000 depending on your experience
- A performance based bonus scheme that can boost your earnings to a realistic £38,000
