The Vacancy
Barnet Homes is seeking to hire a Property Database Administrator to work with our small friendly assets team, within the Major Works section, part of the Property Services Department. The role will report into the Stock Investment Officer and will work closely with the wider Major Works, Fire Safety and Asbestos teams, as well as Responsive Repairs and Customer Services.
What you'll need to succeed?
Experience of working within an office-based system administrative role
Proven ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders, and portray a positive image and meet targets
Experience of using IT systems/databases to maintain accurate records, and to produce reports
Experience of Microsoft Office, especially Excel & Word
Provide a high level of accuracy
Knowledge of repairs and maintenance services within a housing environment
The Property Services department is located at The Colindale Office with home working.
