About the role As Head of HR for Manx Care, youll be at the forefront of driving change, fostering a vibrant workplace culture and leading transformation. Collaborating closely with the OHR Business Partners and Manx Care Leadership Team, you will help to strategically shape the future of Manx Care and the Office of Human Resources. Your main goal will be to enhance the recruitment, development, management, and retention of Manx Care staff. This is a unique opportunity to have an impact on the future of health and care in the Isle of Man and directly contribute to the success of the Office of Human Resources in supporting our Manx Care colleagues to deliver services that aid the well-being of our community.
