Location: Working hours can be split between home and office depending on specific task requirements.

The Innovation and Transformation Team, within Customer and Digital Services, are seeking to appoint a Web Content Administrator. This is an opportunity to be part of a dynamic, customer focussed team working on the digital transformation of Council services. Duties of the post include assisting in the ongoing design and development of the Council’s corporate website and online forms, focusing on a good user experience for the customer.
For the role, we ask that you have:
1. A relevant Level 3 qualification on the Credit and Qualifications Framework for Wales.
2. The ability to design content to meet user needs and make complex language and processes easy to understand.
3. A full UK Category B (Cars) driving licence and the use of a motor vehicle insured for business / work purposes to travel throughout the borough and beyond to attend meetings and visit sites.
