The Role - Service Delivery Helpdesk Administrator
Pinnacle Group are looking to recruit a Service Delivery Helpdesk Administrator with a proactive, can do attitude. The Service Delivery Helpdesk plays a key role in supporting the regional management team and acting as the primary interface with company systems and processes, accurate data input and operational troubleshooting ensuring effective use and compliance.

This is a hybrid role where you will work Monday to Wednesday in the office then Thursdays and Fridays will be working from home.
Duties/Key Responsibilities
• Support the implementation and maintenance of company performance management measures/systems.
• Assist the management team with workforce management system administration including data input and update ensuring an audit trial is maintained
• Assist the management team with planning, scheduling, and monitoring programmed/reactive work
• Assist the management team with all aspects of fleet and mobile-phone administration
• Assist the management team with maintaining dedicated contracts SharePoint Sites
• E-filing, update training records and invoices where needed
• Have knowledge and understanding of contract compliance in terms of specification/KPIs and ensure this is checked against our performance management system.
• Identify efficiencies using Management Information/Performance Management Systems (Jobwatch, Fleet Management/Stock Management Dashboards)
• Provide support to client and management regarding reports, queries, and general updates
• Maintain a log of added value, compliments, and social value if needed
• Assist with producing and maintaining satisfaction, complaints, and rectification reports if needed
• Contribute accurate and timely data for corporate quality and environment initiatives
• Assist with depot/site compliance audits and inspections
• Assist with system training and support as needed
• Maintain absolute confidentiality of any information obtained on the company and its personnel
Skills Required
Essential
• Relevant experience, preferably in the public sector
• Ability to work calmly and authoritatively under pressure and to guide others’ action
• Excellent communicator at all levels, ability to make the best possible use of briefings
• Proven administration skills with attention to details & accuracy
• Innate respect for confidentiality & correct application or procedures & protocols
• Ability to build and maintain relationships in and across teams
• To be computer literate, fluent in the use of Office 365
• GCSE standard in Maths & English
Desirable
• ‘A’ level in Maths & English
• Workplace Management System/CAFM experience/ Fleet Management Experience
