Veterinary X-rays are looking for a first line support technician to join their current team and assist with their growing customer base
Veterinary X-rays were established in 1960 and supply and support leading edge x-ray systems to the veterinary profession nationwide
Role:
Full time office based role in leafy Princes Risborough
First line contact for inbound IT support calls
Resolve technical problems by analysing, identifying and diagnosing faults
Use existing knowledge base guides
Assist end users and resolve faults via telephone and remote access (Teamviewer)
Work with an array of different imaging software.
Scope for hardware repairs when needed
Skills required:
Excellent communication and telephone manner
Experience in a first line support environment
Networking and remote support experience
Strong troubleshooting skills
Enjoys problem solving
Ability to repair PCs and laptops

4 weeks holiday excluding bank holidays
