As a Head Chef and City Lover at NYX Hotels, you’ll own the Kitchen: your dynamic vibe will help you to lead your team and ensure our guests enjoy the city, whichever way they choose. You’ll think creatively to offer five star guest service and go above and beyond to ensure every dish is electrifying!

Key responsibilities of the Head Chef:

  • Be yourself!
  • Manage and participate in the preparation of food for all F&B outlets and events in the hotel
  • Control costs and assist in the development of the departmental budget
  • Lead and develop an energetic Kitchen team: get involved with coaching and share your experience and skills!
  • Ensure HACCP and food safety standards are followed at all times
  • Set and review departmental objectives for the team and provide ongoing feedback
