Job Description

Glasgow City Council is seeking to recruit a permanent solicitor within its busy Corporate and Governance Law Team working on a number of strategic projects and providing legal advice to Council departments and Arms length companies.

In particular this role will involve advsing Glasgow Life, the council's cultural and sports charity and the Council's ICT function.

The Council is currently piloting hybrid home/office working in line with government guidelines, offers excellent work/life balance, flexi time and flexible working hours options, and membership of the Local Government pension scheme.

To be registered with the Law Society of Scotland and able to practice law in Scotland.
