An exciting Opportunity has arisen to join the Apprenticeship Team of Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, as the previous post holder progress into a promotion.
This post is initially offered on a 12 months fixed term basis with an opportunity to become a permanent post.
This role plays a key part in meeting our Trust’s workforce apprenticeship requirements and will aid in delivering our plans to broaden our scope as an Apprenticeship Main Provider.
It is important to indicate in your application that you have experience in IDAMS (Identity Access Management System) and ILR (Individual Learner Record). Practical use of these systems will be assessed during interview.
To enable the Trust to fulfil the apprenticeship agenda, we need to establish a culture of lifelong learning.
This post will provide the management of compliance with apprenticeship forms in relation to meeting the government funding rules and requirements required by various government agencies including the ESFA, HEE, and Ofsted.
The post holder will be the first point of contact for apprenticeship compliance documents and ensuring the Trust is following all the relevant guidelines and rules around apprenticeships. The post holder will be an expert IDAMS (Identity Access Management System) and ILR (Individual Learner Record) user.

• Liaise with workforce, Data Systems teams to provide monthly data reports including on apprenticeship numbers, levy usage
• Managing the employer and provider Digital Apprenticeship Systems account ensuring apprentice and programme details have been accurately recorded and reflected on internal spreadsheets
• To maintain the integrity of data/information using agreed procedures and storing data accurately and in adherence to the Data Protection Guidance and Trust Policy.
• Support the Apprenticeship Team with Learning Management Systems
• Input information onto ILR and export to submit onto IDAMS
