As an Administrative Assistant at James Cornwell Interiors Ltd, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients, suppliers, and colleagues. Your responsibilities include.
Client and Supplier Communication:
Be the friendly face and voice of James Cornwell Interiors, handling inquiries via email, phone, and in-person interactions.
Maintain professionalism and courtesy in all interactions.
Process invoices accurately and ensure timely payments.
Input expenses into our system and maintain meticulous records.
Investigate and resolve stock-related issues by collaborating with other departments.
Use in-house programs to track inventory and order supplies for upcoming projects.
Assist managers.
Maintain filing systems and update office databases.
Liaise with suppliers and contractors as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
• Ability to prioritise and organise workload effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Attention to detail.
• Previous experience is essential.
