- Maintain accurate candidate records and update our internal database with relevant information.
- Assist in coordinating interviews and providing support throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our sourcing strategies.
What we're looking for:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in recruitment or a related field is a plus but not required.
