Are you kind, compassionate, or empathetic? We are seeking for dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join our Challenging Behaviour Unit in Sleaford. Ideally we are looking for candidates with experience in working with individuals with challenging behaviours and complex needs.

Duties of a Support Worker:
- Companionship
- Personal Care & Support
- The teaching of independent living skills
- Management of medication
- Community-based activities such as swimming, social activities, or other leisure activities
Where you will be working
Holdingham Specialist was completed in 2020 and consists of three units. Designed to cater to young adults with challenging behaviours; the home features large communal living areas and activity rooms. Each service user has their own private outdoor space as well as access to a communal garden. There is also a sensory room that provides a multi-sensory environment with visual, tactile, and audible equipment which can be enjoyed passively and interactively.
