MHE Trainer - PE28, Cambridgeshire

£negotiable depending on experience



This role will provide support across the shifts - usual hours will be Monday to Friday 8-5 with occasional night shift training (the Trainer will manage this to suit)



Are you an experienced MHE Trainer or Warehouse Professional with significant training experience? Would you like to work in a purpose-built state-of-the-art Warehouse? Do you want to play a key part in developing colleagues to progress in their careers?





Experience as an MHE Trainer, or as a Warehouse Professional with training responsibilities in this role
Good planning/organisational skills
Good verbal and written communication skills and ability to confidently communicate across the business, ideally in multiple languages
Instructor / ACCREDITATION Qualifications in delivering PPT, Reach, and Counterbalance training
Train the Trainer Certificate would be beneficial


About The Role





We are looking for an MHE Trainer at our site in Cambridgeshire, just outside Huntingdon ( on the A1) to join our Warehousing team.



You will be responsible for delivering all MHE training at the site from PPT to Reach Truck, ensuring full compliance with Training Body standards. Working very closely with Warehouse Managers, you will plan and carry out agreed training plans for new starters and existing colleagues. This includes MHE training and compliance training against company SOP's.



You will need to keep accurate records of all training completed on our in-house LMS and support with audits where required to provide this information.



Keeping a positive approach at all times, you will guide and support Warehouse colleagues and embed yourself into their teams to contribute to the successful delivery of our products to customers!
