We are recruiting for a number of qualified electricians with experience in the new build housing sector.
We work for national house builders throughout the North of England and due to continued growth we are looking to expand our workforce in the Middlesbrough area.
Currently we have opportunities for electricians to join our team in both permanent roles or on a self-employed basis.
We offer excellent rates of pay, the majority of our work is on price and the prices are based upon house types and specification.
Responsibilities:
- First fixing of electrical installations.
- Second fixing of electrical installations.
- Installation of mechanical extract ducting.
- Working in line with the build programme.
- Completing any day works requested by the site team/customer care works.
- Working safely in accordance with the safe systems of work and site rules.
Requirements:
- Valid ECS Card (Essential)
- 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations Qualified (Essential)
- Completed a recognised electrical apprenticeship (Preferred Not Essential)
- Valid UK Driving Licence (Essential)
Hours:
Monday to Friday, 07:30am to 16:30pm/upon completion of works.
