Join us as a CoDi Planner in Bradford! Looking for an opportunity to drive efficiency and effectiveness in transportation management within the land freight sector? Join us as we seek a skilled individual to spearhead our CoDi Planner role. Location: Bradford Hours: 9:00 to 17:30
What will you be doing?
- Efficiently process, prepare, and validate essential documentation.
- Handle discrepancies and overages with precision and professionalism.
- Map out optimal routes for our esteemed CoDi fleet.
- Engage proactively in driver PCM sessions, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Conduct diligent tasks, ensuring on-road supervision meets our high standards.
- Navigate delays and minimize average stop times to uphold operational excellence.
- Maximize load capacity and orchestrate driver and vehicle schedules for optimal profitability while adeptly resolving miscellaneous challenges as they arise.
About you
- Previous experience in logistics or transportation roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and relevant administrative software, ensuring seamless management of tasks.
- Strong organizational prowess with meticulous attention to detail for accurate handling of documentation and administrative processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, fostering effective collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
