The Role: As a Key Stage 1 teacher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational journey of our young learners. You will deliver engaging and creative lessons tailored to meet the diverse needs of our pupils, ensuring they reach their full potential academically, socially, and emotionally.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that inspire and motivate young learners.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
• Assess and track student progress, providing timely feedback to students and parents.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative teaching strategies and resources.
• Establish strong partnerships with parents and caregivers to support student learning and development.
Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching Key Stage 1 curriculum.
• Strong knowledge of child development and effective teaching practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to continuous professional development and improvement.
