Come and join our experienced support worker team, supporting vulnerable female adults in our care near Dolgellau, South Gwynedd. As a company we understand the importance of an excellent work life balance by providing our staff with flexible shift patterns, monthly rotas and our contracted hours vary from 12 hours up to full-time. Experience is not essential as full training will be provided up to QCF Level 5. All our clients are residing in close proximity of one another, and no driving will be required between service users.

Salary: £27,300- £28,370.16 per annum (QCF/NVQ Enhanced Pay Rates)

QCF/NVQ Enhanced Pay Rates up to and including Level 5 (Given when levels are attained or if already qualified).
