In this role, you'll be pivotal in enhancing the professional practice of our nursing teams. Responsibilities include delivering high-quality educational programs for new and existing staff, with a focus on elevating their care standards and addressing practice gaps.
Requirements:
Key qualifications include NMC registration as a Registered General Nurse, a post-graduate certificate in education with a recognised mentorship qualification, substantial clinical education experience, and a Post Graduate Module in Practice Education.
