This role is office based in Northampton.

Job overview

Reporting to the Catharine White, the successful candidate will provide business support to the MIS Team by having responsibilities across various business functionalities. This is a fast paced and unique role offering the opportunity of liaising directly with clients and colleagues across the wider Mitie Service Divisions. MIS is a varied, flexible and adaptable part of MITIE's offerings to clients. This role is based in the Northampton Office allowing for occasional Home Remote Working.

Main duties

-To raise and receipt Purchase Orders in adherence with Coupa (procurement platform) controls

-To complete New Supplier onboarding; the creation of CPR and WBS codes in adherence with Group Master Data processes

-To assist the revenue cycles by create billing request forms (BRF) and supporting the queries raised by the Collections & Resolutions Team

-To maintain the CRM by ensuring accurate content, reporting, activity and tasking

-Support with internal and external event planning

-Work closely with business units escalating prevalent concerns where necessary

-To undertake additional duties in line with capabilities as required

-To monitor various email inboxes

Person Specification

-Good communication and interpersonal skills both verbal and written

-Able to positively interact with clients and colleagues at all levels

-Strong numerical skills

-Attention to detail

-Familiar with MS Office packages, including Excel, Outlook, Word.

-Familiar with CRM and or Data entry software and process

-Self-starter with the ability to unravel processes and suggest/implement improvements

-Ability to thrive in a highly pressurised and dynamic environment

-Able to meet strict deadlines

-Able to problem solve and resolve issues

-Methodical and well organised
