The Role




As a Recruitment Vetting Administrator (Internally known as Administrator - People Services) at CCP, you will play a vital role in
the recruitment of new staff and volunteers into the Charity. Providing administrative support to the People Services Team, your
primary goal will be supporting new starters with their pre-employment checks. Building relationships with the candidates you work
with to ensure we complete a robust checking process in gathering pre-employment history, processing DBS applications and checking
Right to Work evidence.




This is a full-time position, 37.5 hours per week Monday - Friday based at our head office in Cheltenham. After the first 2
months you will then have the flexibility for home/office hybrid working.




What You'll Do




* Maintain efficient and well organised digital and paper based filing systems.
* Respond to telephone and email enquiries.
* Delivering the administration of recruitment processes, including advertising vacancies and coordinating applications and
overseeing the vetting of new candidates.
* Supporting the onboarding process, including, carrying out eligibility checks and ensuring Safer Recruitment practices are
applied to the vetting of candidates.
* Provide minute taking support to meetings, including the circulation of minutes to attendees.
* Support the Quality Assurance process, by carrying out planned and ad-hoc audits of information/evidence and producing data for
reporting.
* Supporting the reception function of head office, providing cover where needed.
* Supporting the document control and distribution of CCP Paperwork, Policies and Procedures.

^Annual Leave entitlement will be pro-rata for Part-time staff. Working on public holidays due to a rota pattern will be
compensated with time off in lieu. An extra day of leave accrues for each completed financial year (capped at 5). Purchasing
additional holidays is capped at 5 per year.
